Orlando like most of Florida has a sub-tropical climate. This means temperatures varying throughout the year typically between a low of 9° C (48° F) in January, and a high of 33° C (92° F) in July. There are hours of sun virtually every day all year round, which is why Florida is known as the 'Sunshine State'
A feature of the weather in Orlando can be relatively high levels of humidity. This is typical of a sub-tropical climate, and is why air-conditioning is everywhere in Florida... homes, shops, attractions, cars etc. Our villa does of course have air conditioning throughout. Our private swimming pool means that you can have a refreshing dip anytime you choose.
Most of the rain fall is by thunderstorms concentrated in the four month period June to September and be expected most afternoons. However the rain soon gives way to the heat and sunshine again later in the day.
